e-Invoicing Standards

Invoice.app integrates with national and international e-invoicing systems so you can stay compliant wherever you do business.

KSeF β€” Poland
Krajowy System e-Faktur is Poland's mandatory National e-Invoicing System. Invoice.app fully supports KSeF 2.0 β€” submit, receive, sync, and manage structured e-invoices directly from the app.
ZUGFeRD & XRechnung β€” Germany
ZUGFeRD and XRechnung are Germany's two accepted B2B e-invoicing standards, both based on European standard EN 16931. Invoice.app generates both β€” a ZUGFeRD PDF with embedded XML, or standalone XRechnung XML for public-sector recipients.

Factur-X β€” France
From September 2026, all French B2B invoices must be issued and received through state-approved platforms (Plateformes Agréées). Accepted formats include Factur-X, UBL, and CII. Businesses must also e-report B2C and cross-border transactions. SMEs follow in September 2027.

VERI*FACTU β€” Spain
VERI*FACTU sets technical rules for invoicing software rather than a new invoice format. Each invoice carries a QR code and a tamper-evident billing record, sent to the AEAT in real time or held signed and unalterable. Mandatory for companies from January 2027, sole traders from July 2027.
