KSeF — Poland
Krajowy System e-Faktur is Poland's mandatory National e-Invoicing System. Invoice.app fully supports KSeF 2.0 — submit, receive, sync, and manage structured e-invoices directly from the app.
ZUGFeRD & XRechnung — Germany
ZUGFeRD and XRechnung are Germany's two accepted B2B e-invoicing standards, both based on European standard EN 16931. Invoice.app generates both — a ZUGFeRD PDF with embedded XML, or standalone XRechnung XML for public-sector recipients — and imports the e-invoices you receive from your suppliers.

Factur-X — France
From 1 September 2026, every VAT-registered business in France must be able to receive electronic invoices through an approved platform (Plateforme Agréée). Large companies and ETI must also issue electronically and e-report from that date; PMEs, TPEs and micro-enterprises follow on 1 September 2027. Accepted formats: Factur-X, UBL and CII.

VERI*FACTU — Spain
VERI*FACTU sets technical rules for invoicing software rather than a new invoice format. Each invoice carries a QR code and a tamper-evident billing record, sent to the AEAT in real time or held signed and unalterable. Mandatory for companies from January 2027, sole traders from July 2027.
