KSeF Integration — Details
--------------------------
Invoice.app fully supports Poland's National e-Invoicing System (Krajowy
System e-Faktur) — the mandatory e-invoicing platform effective from 2026.

  Invoice Submission
    Send invoices directly to the KSeF platform with automatic XML generation
    and encryption. Your invoices are validated by the national system,
    assigned an official KSeF reference number, and you receive a UPO
    (Official Confirmation of Receipt) once accepted.

  Bi-directional Sync
    Automatically download invoices received through KSeF. Keep your local
    records perfectly synchronised with the national system so you never miss
    an incoming invoice.

  Status Tracking
    Monitor the real-time status of every submitted invoice — from pending
    validation to accepted, rejected, or requiring correction. See the full
    history of each document's journey through the system.

  Correction Management
    Create and submit corrective invoices linked to the original KSeF
    documents. Maintain a complete audit trail of all corrections with
    references to original KSeF numbers.

  QR Code Generation
    Generate QR codes for your KSeF invoices that link directly to the
    official document in the national system — useful for printed invoices
    and quick verification.

  Offline Mode
    Create invoices offline and queue them for submission by the next

All data is transmitted over SSL/TLS encryption and stored on secure Google
Cloud infrastructure. Invoice.app is fully GDPR compliant and never sells
user data to third parties. Authentication is available via email/password,
Sign in with Apple, and Google Sign-In.
