KSeF β€” Poland
Krajowy System e-Faktur is Poland's mandatory National e-Invoicing System. Invoice.app fully supports KSeF 2.0 β€” submit, receive, sync, and manage structured e-invoices directly from the app.

ZUGFeRD & XRechnung β€” Germany
Germany requires B2B e-invoicing from January 2025, with ZUGFeRD and XRechnung as the two accepted standards. ZUGFeRD combines a human-readable PDF with embedded XML data. XRechnung is the pure XML format mandatory for government invoicing. Both comply with European standard EN 16931.

Factur-X β€” France
From September 2026, all French B2B invoices must be issued and received through state-approved platforms (Plateformes Agréées). Accepted formats include Factur-X, UBL, and CII. Businesses must also e-report B2C and cross-border transactions. SMEs follow in September 2027.
